Our store is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you as a customer.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to check our website for these changes. Membership Responsibility

You confirm that all the information you supply to Colourmode to activate your account is accurate at the time of registration. You agree to maintain only one account to access/upload content unless otherwise authorised by Colourmode. You confirm that you will keep your personal account login and password confidential and secure at all times. To be a Member You must be at least 18 years of age.

If any part of your login or account violates any proprietary right, is illegal to use or may be deemed to be offensive, Colourmode reserves the right to modify or delete the account at our discretion.

You may discontinue your account at any time. Doing so means you will lose access to your account history and details.

Trend Forecasting & Print Design

You acknowledge that Colourmode are the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights which exist in your account and the Website. We may remove any design or content at any time.

All design artwork is sold to you exclusively as a unique ‘one off’ design. All pricing is at the sole discretion of Colourmode, we reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The copyright of each design remains the right of Colourmode until payment has been received in full by you, until then, you shall not use or reproduce this art/design in any form.

Privacy + Cookies

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from colourmode.co

We do not pass on any of your personal details, or sell mailing list data, to third parties.

Website statistics are produced allowing us to record visitor numbers, number of pages viewed and referral source. These statistics do not record any personal data. This data simply helps us to administer and enhance the site and service.

Our store and online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products is hosted by Squarespace. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, on a secure server behind a firewall.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
